I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Payment Undertaking
I undertake to settle any outstanding balance within the prescribed period set by the organizer and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of benefits and/or disqualification from participation in current or future events.
2. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participating in the EVA Air Run involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or death. I voluntarily assume all such risks.
3. Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and discharge EVA Air, its officers, employees, agents, and sponsors from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of my participation in this event.
4. Medical Authorization
I authorize event medical personnel to provide emergency medical treatment if necessary. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
5. Photo/Video Release
I grant permission for the use of my image, likeness, and voice in photographs, videos, and other media for promotional purposes without compensation.
6. Rules and Regulations
I agree to abide by all event rules and regulations and follow the instructions of event officials.
